I customized my mix:  

Standard turnaround is 2 weeks!!  We'll absolutely fill your order sooner if possible! 

I did not customize my mix?

Within 24 hours on business days or as soon as humanly possible!! 

Wanna go music, cheer, music?  We can customize that!  

Your order form will ask you to check a box to split your mix.  Then just tell us specifically where you want it cut in the description and we'll make it happen. 

Absolutely.  You'll find this option on each mix's product customization list.  We'll use your 8ct Sheets to place the sound effects that will emphasize your choreography best! 

That's just a watermark and will be removed!  Believe it or not, there's cheer music burglars in this world that try to rip music straight off a site for their use without license or payment!  Crazy we know!!  But the watermark protects the mix on the site from these pirates.   

When your final mix is sent we'll remove that lady and remaster the whole track to give you the very best quality! 

Definitely.  We know things change and if you're improving over the season, you'll need to update!  

Edit information and cost can be found on the EDIT SUBMISSION page.  Choose your customization and detail it for us.  We'll get back to you with a cost estimate and turnaround time ASAP!

No problemo!  Your mix has to grow with you! Submit all your edit information on the EDIT SUBMISSION form! 

Edits are done on the 1st and 15th of every month in the order they are received.  In the event the Edit Day nearest your submission is full, it will be added to the front of the queue for the next one.  

Premade and Semi-Custom Package Edits

• Sound Effect Edit Sessions =$50/hr (In hour increments)

• ​Any edits other than sound effects, including but not limited to: reconstructions & vocal changes may result in additional charge.​

Once your submission is received, we'll assess your edit and contact you with cost and turnaround time estimates. 

FULL OUT accepts ACH payments (bank transfer), check or credit card.

• Please note that credit card payments require a 3.4% convenience fee.

• Credit card and ACH payments are accepted right there within the invoice and are the fastest! 

Nope.  We're glad to fill out a W-9 for your school or an application to become a vendor. Some schools also ask for a quote in lieu of a purchase order.  If needed, please contact Kimmie at Info@FULLOUTMusicPro.com and she'll create one for you. 

Production on your mix begins once payment is received.  

Yep!  This new music era implements more custom vocals than ever before and production time is extremely valuable.  Full payment must be received for your music before production will begin.  

Sorry, we love ya! But no exceptions :)

Great question!  You're legit and you can prove it!

Your signed license is delivered as a PDF file with your final MP3 music track.  Please keep this file digitally and print a hard copy to take with you to all performances and competitions.  It's likely your EP will want you to have it on hand.  

Totally compliant!  All PremadeCheerleadingMusic.com mixes are made with fully licensed music, instrumentals, vocals and sound effects. When your final MP3 mix is ready, we'll send it to you via email along with a PDF version of your license for your records and proof of compliance.  

No flipping way!  In accordance with US Copyright Law, it's our legal team's view that using covers still leaves the producer and end user (YOU) at legal risk... and we don't play that game. You'll probably notice that 99% of "Preferred Music Providers" don't use them either.

You're welcome to Re-License your mix!  Because FULL OUT has to pay again for all the music used in your mix, there's cost associated with it, but we'll update your mix and your license to reflect the new year and the new team that will use it! 

If you must!  Once production begins on an order, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.  But if we haven't worked on it or ordered anything, your order may be reversed.
