This mix is USA Cheer Compliant. Upon completion of your music you will receive your final high-res cheer mix accompanied by a completed hard copy of the license agreement below. Please read and accept the following terms to move forward with your order.

Twisted Cutz Terms & Conditions
Twisted Cutz has created a piece of music for the client to license for rehearsal, practice, and performance. Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that Twisted Cutz's services are being provided hereunder as an independent contractor.
Twisted Cutz agrees to only use music and content that is legal and licensed according to the USA Copyright rules. Each music license will be valid for one team until May 31, 2024. Twisted Cutz will remain the sole and exclusive owner and/or licensee of the sound recording copyright to each Master which is produced and recorded in connection with the project. Twisted Cutz will have the right to register the copyright in such Masters and will have the exclusive right to administer and exploit the Master. The client should afford Twisted Cutz the correct credit in any promotion of music. Any license of the music outside the context of a cheerleading competition will require additional permission from Twisted Cutz. The client may not distribute, post online, reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit any of the content created, owned, or controlled by Twisted Cutz.
The client shall not edit, alter, remix or make any material changes to the music. The client agrees that they will not authorize or permit the duplication of more than an additional 40 copies of the music without Twisted Cutz’s prior written consent and that the copies may only be distributed to members of the cheerleading team for personal use only in connection with rehearsals and competitions. Upon signature, the client agrees to the terms and conditions laid out above.
**Creative and stylistic choices are at the discretion of the producer. In any case, we’ll always make musical decisions that are in the client’s best interest and ultimately sound AWESOME!
***If the desired scope of work is more than the customizations selected, PremadeCheerleadingMusic.com will invoice you for 'add-ons' (if applicable).
